Touch Revolution, in collaboration with 21Group and Business & Roads, agencies specializing in the management of contests and traveling events across the country, designs, develops, and implements a customized interactive solution for a major global company in the food sector: Nestlé S.p.A.
The client’s goal was to reach the highest number of potential consumers by distributing free condensed milk samples in major Italian cities, highlighting the various ways to use the product.
This led to the creation of an innovative communication project, with the technical aspect entirely managed by Touch Revolution: from design and engineering to the development of two newly conceived, fully interactive vending machines.
The core challenge involved developing and designing a new precision mechanism for product dispensing, successfully integrating it with Touch Revolution’s interactive monitors that display the client’s communication.
Touch Revolution also handled software development. The vending machines, equipped with Full HD and FULL LED 42” multitouch monitors, offer a simple and intuitive user experience: users select the products of interest and immediately receive complimentary samples attached to a postcard.
Nestlé S.p.A.’s marketing campaign was a genuine success.
Thanks to Touch Revolution’s customized interactive structures, in collaboration with 21Group and Business & Roads, approximately 100,000 free samples were distributed across major Italian cities: Milan, Turin, Rome, and Naples.
